Phone quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy a16 5g phone freezes sometimes and I have to restart it or power of for a while. When I turn it back on it resumes the freezing the stops and the cycle goes on. Sometimes when I open my camera, it just closes by itself and it doesn't happen to any other apps but the camera. When I'm outside, the phone begins to heat so much but eventually cools down after 5 to 10 minutes of me getting back inside. I also thought it was possible to call my galaxy Ai gemini or a different name other than having to say hey google to wake it up. I want something unique.

I love the product ,but the phone charger is crap
