This product meets my needs and is not complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A16 5G is everything that I need in a phone the AI interface is always there when I need it especially when I need to get a better understanding of a said item or issue that may need a better explanation. The ease of its usage and what I have determined, is the aspect I admire most is how quickly it became second nature in its ability to improve my task.

Screen and phone freezes

Great as a first phone, but not for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 had issues from the get-go with getting really hot and not holding a charge with the battery and then the phone started glitching, running slower and slower so I had to constantly clear the cache and do a soft reboot just to get the phone to work and eventually it wouldn't turn on at all so I replaced it. It also does not have an option for wireless charging. The replacement was fine but it got a little bit of water on it and completely stopped working. So I've gone through two so far and have now switched back to an S series and I've had zero issues.

Budget minded devices

My daughter has had an a10 series for the last 4 years and hers work really well still today. Galaxy AI is a useful tool to help her with homework and other things. Keeping her in the Samsung eco system for life.

This phone has a great camera, I get great photos!

This phone doesn't work well.

It is quite slow and slow to respond to pushing the apps. I have to push them 3 or 4 times to get it to work.... Would not purchase this phone again.
