Very tough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to play games, watch movies, text, call. I also use it to remind me of appointments and make cool pictures with it. It's a A17 5G and it rocks. I love it. I plan on using the Galaxy AI soon on it. I haven't had a chance yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new Samsung A16 5G phone. I use it quite often to ask Gemini Ai questions. I am truly amazed the accuracy of the results. The answers I ask for are always correct. Other search engines, a majority of time do not understand what I am asking. I use Gemini Ai exclusively now. I use my phone for my banking needs, sending emails and texts, listening to music, watching movies or TV. I occasionally use it for social media, playing jigsaw games, or just learning something new. I also use it to place and receive phone calls. I use it for so many other things that I cannot list them all.

Product gets extremely hot within 3-5 min.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy A16 5G gets extremely hot when in use within 5 minutes and it's a replacement (the other Galaxy A15 the screen froze and didn't work after andstill couldn't get anyone to help) that i had to buy myself because I couldn't get anyone with the company to help me figure out what was/is happening.i have to wait until February to buy an different phone since I know no one from samsung will replace this for free.

If you notice your phone gets warmer during light activity, check if system or firmware updates are involved, as these are crucial for maintaining optimal performance. Heavy use of multiple apps or processor-intensive activities like gaming or GPS tracking can cause your phone to heat up due to high power consumption. If your device feels warm, turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth when not needed, lower the screen brightness, and delete unnecessary files and apps. Disconnect the charger and close applications until it cools. For earbuds, stop playing music, avoid voice commands, and disable ambient sound; if using Gear IconX, turn off the Pace Setter.
