This product is very slow and unreliable

Before gaming, try closing background apps, limiting app access that uses data or tracking features like GPS, and then you're ready. You can also improve your device’s performance quickly. The Quick Optimization feature identifies apps that consume too much battery, clears unnecessary memory, deletes junk files, scans for malware, and closes background apps. It’s simple and fast to optimize your device. Just go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device care, then tap Optimize now, and finally tap Done.
