[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Galaxy a16 5g it's the best phone I've ever had and the best experience to me is the options of the camera are amazing and magnificent following along with all of the other features including Galaxy AI and Gemini and so many more features it's very intelligent and the more you use the special features the more new things you can experience using this device and the storage space beats records it's amazing to be able to store things and memories without forgetting them and just to be able to experience these things is amazing thank you to being able to create new things for smarter intelligence and new devices and new beginnings.

This phone freezes and locks up all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my phone mostly for watching TV apps. It will freeze at least 4 times a week. Picture picture viewing does run smoothly at all it skips and you can't hear the show. I also have 2 apps that I play and I watch the show while I play on my app. You can't hear half of it and then it completely freezes up and it can take up to an hour just for the phone to restart. I'm very sad that this phone does this its my first Samsung Galaxy phone I've ever had and I'm afraid its going to be my last. I'm sorry I truly hoped it would have been a better phone.

Galaxy A16 5G Phone

I am still learning a lot of the features, but the Galaxy AI feature is pretty awesome. Its given me a cool background for my wall paper and awesome Icons for Halloween or even fall and all. I think that's my favorite so far. I like how the set up is and how easy the wallet is to access it. The only problem I really have is how it stops me from making calls sometimes it just won't dial out. But its a decent phone
