Do not let the price scare you, just because its not on the higher end of the price scale, certainly does not mean the quality and performance of the device is less than the higher priced devices. I'm surprised by the quality for the price! Absolutely recommend! Thank you Samsung!

Issues with my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm constantly happy to restart my phone and I can't restart it without going through Genie to restart my phone. I should be able to hit the power button and it should power off when I want to power off. It's a touch screen, so I should be able to touch it. It should open up immediately however I have to constantly hit the power button to open my screen. I truly feel that if I need my phone in an emergency. It is not going to work for me.

Galaxy ai is always there to answer any questions and help out when needed In a safe and informational way. Overall I give it four Stars. Small periodic system ui restarts. Otherwise wonderful.
