This product is slow and fragile.

Pretty good for an A series device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] CONS :Processing speed for opening and running apps, as well as touch response times, is much slower than my old A15 5G. Even though my A16 is brand new (unsure if they sent a new or refurbished phone to me.) Wondering if it's because it has an eSim instead of a physical Sim?
PROS: fantastic graphics quality for the A series galaxy phones, for both the screen and the cameras. Also, Lots of onboard storage (twice what my A15 had) and expandable SD storage too. I also like some of the newer Samsung features I've never seen before such as the side bar and pull up Wallet bar. Fast and convenient actress to apps and contacts you use most.
Overall, I am pleased with this device.
