The galaxy AI is always helpful when I run into problems discovering what new updates bring in. I love these phones. Samsung pass is so convenient for everyday tasks being accomplished as well as keeping my information secure.

A Year Old and Probably Almost Done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first purchased thd phone, I was extremely satisfied with every part of it. Although, I wish it would have been a bit larger so the screen was easier to see. It ran extremely smooth and had no issues. A year later, I'm feeling extremely close to throwing it away and just getting a different phone. Within thr first 3 months, I started having issues with the phone. The apps wont open, the battery doesn't last, the AI never did work correctly and now I cant use it at all, which makes some things impossible to do on my phone these days. My phone has to be charged several times a day and also has to be restarted because of locking up at least 4 to 5 times a day. I am extremely unhappy with it.

Additionally, clearing the cache from your frequently used apps can help. Clearing app cache is like giving your apps a quick refresh by removing leftover files that may cause slowdowns. To do this, go to Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Find or search for the specific app, then tap Storage and select Clear cache. This deletes old data that could be impacting your phone's performance. This phone has great storage and awesome camera

Overall it is worth it's money, only thing is I wish they would make screens that do not crack but otherwise very good... been happy with it for the 4 months I have had it.
