[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've only ever owned and used Samsung Galexy devices. This one is right up there in quality. The pictures are so clear. So many different options to choose from. I will say though, and the this is my main reason for 4stars and not 5, Its slow. I have the same service provider I've always had, live in the same place. With this phone everything seems to just lag for a about 1-1½ seconds. I will be trying to get into a certain app, and I'll end up having to press 2 or 3 times. So it does register the 1st time, it just takes a second. This is odd to me because no other device I've ever owned, and I'm 46 so ive had a few, have done this. I've asked a few people and have heard the same thing. So I guess it's just a glitch or something? Its super annoying.
Everything else though is great. For the quality and what it comes with is excellent. You also can't beat the price either.

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my device how when I'm laying my games the graphic is awesome I love my sound quality I also love my Samsung pass feature n how I can link it to my bank account n use tap pay with my device all around its a great device to have i also like the Glaxay AI feature as well n I would recommend it to others.
