Horrible phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have have my Samsung A16 5G for a month now and it has been the worst phone I've ever had the very first thing I noticed the quality has dropped big time the signal straight is very bad got a small crack in the bottom corner from haven it in my back pocket and sitting down . It is very slow I want to smash the phone right now . I love the Samsung products but this phone is a huge problem. Stop making them. I had my last phone the Samsung galaxy S 9 plus I had for 13 years and I still use it and it's faster than this pile of scrap phone. Come on Samsung!! Please Please do the right thing and take this phone and give me something better. !

It does it's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Galaxy device but was hoping to love it. There are a lot of positives with the phone. The ease of certain apps, security. But I have a lot of issues with delays with response to certain actions that frustrates me enough to want to throw the thing. But it does do it's job ultimately.
