This product has great features but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy AI feature is wonderful and I use it often. It has been a tremendous help. However I noticed rather quickly that this phone like many other phones of this brand overheats consistently and when I say overheats I mean getting so hot that it literally burns your hands and of course that in turn completely zaps the battery life right out of it. I'm not sure what causes these phones to overheat like they do but it is a big problem I've seen with most all of them no matter if it is a lower budget phone or the newest one released. As a matter of fact my mom's brand new latest release s series phone is doing the same thing. If this problem was resolved then this brand would be my choice every time. As far as features goes this phone has many great ones and would run neck and neck with the top of the line newest release of the brand.
