[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has many built-in tools that make everyday life easier. From weather alert apps to calculator and QR scanner. I have a lot downloaded to this phone and it hasn't slowed at all, I haven't even come close to filling up the available storage data.
I play a lot of games,streaming TV, social media. I use it to run the sound system in my car and audio quality is great. Picture quality from movie's to selfie's is excellent. I've also got Samsung TV and soundbar with woofer and they pair seamlessly. I would recommend getting everything Samsung for the smoothest videos and sound. All of my entertainment is run by this phone and it works great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone to seriously consider any Samsung Galaxy, and the Galaxy AI is very imersive and easy to use and understand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If it wasn't for me sitting on my phone and breaking it, I would of never got my hands on the Samsung A16. For a person that would rather be smartphoneless, giving wishes to have flip phones again, out of nowhere was delivered a unique, capable, different and easy to use phone that comes with this remarkable experience called "Galaxy AI". Not only did I not understand at first the magnitude of what I was learning but I was excited to do things with my virtual-hand held device, and once I started working with "Galaxy AI", countless possibilities are at the sound of your voice. Anything from asking questions, setting a timer, taking notes, having a realistic conversation that I literally don't know how long it went on, helping with the littlest things to things Im still learning. I hear others talking, then I ask, "do you have the
Galaxy AI on your phone?" It's almost certain you know a normal conversation compared to a person talking to "Galaxy AI". I must say, I am really interested of the Samsung updates and glad I settled with this remarkable phone and not thee ol' flip phone. Goodnight AI. To the Galaxy and beyond my Samsung....

It's AI feature is more than expected for such a price point in a smart phone! Overall it's a strong build and capable device well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am new to the Samsung family, having the A16 5G model. I have always owned LG in the past, but I am certainly happy I've chosen a Samsung phone when upgrading was mandated to 5G. I use the phone for personal use. I very much enjoy the ease of navigation this phone offers. I was unsure of making the switch to Samsung was going to benefit me, and I believe it has exceeded my expectations. I love the dual cameras, pocket geek is also peace of mind knowing I can get remote help free of charge if I need it. Only con is not making it more affordable.
