I don't understand or like the RSC, chat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every phone has this problem, forcing me to soft ware update. The RSC chat is not a good thing thing. The instructions to use or operate the phone is confusing and useless.

Think of software updates as a little boost—similar to oil changes and tune-ups for your car—that helps everything run smoothly. Plus, they enhance the user experience, strengthen security, and fix those tiny bugs we all dislike. We encourage you to update your device whenever a new version is available to enjoy the best performance. When it comes to messaging options, you have some choices. If RCS isn't your thing, you can stick with the classic SMS. Samsung Messages comes already installed on Galaxy phones and tablets running One UI 6.0 and earlier versions. To see which software version your device is running, go to Settings, then About phone or About tablet, and tap on Software information. If Samsung Messages is already there, you'll find it on your Home screen. Alternatively, swipe up from the Home screen to open the Apps menu, then tap the Samsung Messages app in the Samsung folder. I use it primarily for shopping and investigating things I am interested in and it's a breeze to use. I have tinkered with the customization but keep changing it about once a week. Still fast and keeps me informed and on time for stuff, great little all around helper.

Worst samsung device ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy A16 is the absolute worst galaxy phone ever produced. The touch screen doesn't work properly. I have to restart the phone every morning to stop an lag in using this phone. It may operate fine for an hour or two, but then the lag in service makes the phone unusable for roughly 30min
