Product has lots of problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the galaxy a16 I've had it since April 2025, at first the phone worked good not great but good. After about a month the phone started to lag and slow down. Music started sounding like an old scratched CD. Texts and calls wouldn't come in right and when they did it would be hours sometimes days later sometimes wouldn't come in at all. Honestly one of the worst phones I've ever had I would not recommend this phone.

It's just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is based on the fact that I changed my carrier and the Samsung Galaxy S series I had wasn't compatible due to it's age. I received this A16 5G from my new carrier, however, I feel like it is a cheap phone. It doesn't hold a charge like my Samsung S series which still holds a great charge even though it's older. This phone gets hot and I am just playing small games on this phone. I do not stream movies or TV on my phone. I've always been a fan of Samsung Galaxy and I still am, however, this phone isn't fabulous. You get what you pay for!

This product is very efficient and fast.

The Galaxy AI is great tool I use to help me figure out all kinds of information. I definitely could not exist without it. Im looking forward to an upgrade to see what else Galxy series has to offer. Their screenshot quality is super simple which I love !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy A16 5G in June. I love the phone, just have to get use to the outlay. Plus, I was charged for a charging plug and a screen protector...BUT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I called and they gave me the runaround. But I like the phone and the storage space, graphics, and the GALAXY AI.
