Works awesome and the price is just right to buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 A16s and a A35 and we love them. When I have to replace them when we break them I go get another galaxy phone. Its better than other brands and I never have issues with them. The AI also another perk. The price is just right for me and my family. And I can pay a year in advance so i dont have to worry. Just having them and not other brands is a relief all in itself. Never had a problem with them and never gonna switch to a different brand

Too many crashes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has been a nightmare. It picks up my metro PC S phone service on my metro PC S Nord OnePlus phone and doesn't let me make calls. It saves pictures to the weirdest place. It's just all in all a piece of junk. I'm sorry to say that. I'll never buy a Samsung product again if I ever use another Samsung product. Just like with Motorola, it's gonna have to be free.

Hard At Task- Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung takes a bear t down hourly,Especially with others like Google, helping the other guys,Fill my phone with junk,Yesterday,I had used some kind of protection guard,Which made my phone heat up,,,runny trying to sell me some kind of Eraser,,and Hundred other things,then when you buy this junk, Google let the Junk other take the phone even after they sell me a product, Since then,I canceled the subscription, And Uninstalled it,,I have guardio already,I am comfortable with that,Gaurdio Ai, asked me if it could run some test,and I am glad for it and reporting this,and it help me see that there was no Scam,Spyware etc,Google had then stole alot of my money

MY GALAXY A16 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My A16 5G is a very good device, a good size to be used and handled safely with one or two hands, the camera takes very good quality photos that I compare to my S23 and they are very, very good, using Gemini as my GALAXY AI makes my day easier, you just ask for help and it always supports you with good results.... the internal memory has enough capacity but the RAM is very little, although it works very well with 4GB it could improve a lot with an extension to 6GB as I use it in my GALAXY A22 but if you use 8GB the phone would be amazing. My A16 5G is a very good device, a good size to be used and handled safely with one or two hands, the camera takes very good quality photos that I compare to my S23 and they are very, very good, using Gemini as my GALAXY AI makes my day easier, you just ask for help and it always supports you with good results.... the internal memory has enough capacity but the RAM is very little, although it works very well with 4GB it could improve a lot with an extension to 6GB as I use it in my GALAXY A22. I use the phone daily with all its functions because I also work with it, but it's amazing how long it takes to discharge.
In general, I love the A16 5G phone in almost every way, only the RAM makes my rating 4 stars.
