Slow device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I know this is a budget phone, I had high hopes for this Galaxy model. Unfortunately, it lags a lot and is very slow. Switching between apps is often sluggish, and apps frequently close in the background. Even after I change the settings, they often revert to the default. There isn't much you can do, and it's frustrating that the phone is always lagging and slow.

Trouble with phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I make a call 3 times an each time it say I need to pick another server. I got to lock my phone 2 times just to use my phone or to push on app to get it to work. Also when I be using my phone for a while it will freeze an then it will cut off

Best affordable Galaxy

One of the best choices I've made for a phone ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time ever owning a Samsung phone and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I love how intuitive the phone is, for example using Galaxy AI to help me with everyday tasks. I also really like using Samsung Fitness to help me on my walks and bike rides. I also love the Gaming Hub where I play my games almost everyday. I will definitely keep all these features in mind if I ever have to buy another phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find my phone's battery to make it through a very busy day of use. I read emails and respond, manage several conversations on messenger, view and post on Facebook, often all while listening to audio books. It doesn't overheat or crash.
The phone's size is comfortable to hold, text easily read ( with older eyes), and not so big it doesn't fit in a pocket.
The sound is great. And, the speed at moving between tasks is great.
Overall I am very pleased.
