Thus product is pretty decent, however it is slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My A16 5G is a good phone, however the more you use it, the camera quality goes down and the speed of the phone decreases. I have had many Samsung Galaxy phones and they have all worked incredibly fast, but this one is just a little subpar. It works fine, but some of the apps close out automatically such as TikTok, Twitter/X, and Facebook. The features are fantastic though! I love the customization that comes with the Samsung A16 5G, such as the themes, widgets, and different clock settings just to name a few. I would definitely buy another Galaxy, but I would get one that was a little better so it works faster.

Very affordable for a higher quality samsung devic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically indestructible, I've dropped it so many times and not even a single scratch or crack in the glass. Great back cameras for taking beautiful photos. The new Galaxy AI, it's very helpful in finding things or figuring things out that I can't myself, all around great and affordable phone.

It does what it is supposed to do; but I am constantly going into device care to clear out data that slows it down. Which it will notify when to restart it to make the speed go back to normal.
Plus it gets hot easily, especially when using TikTok.
Be glad when it is paid off and I can do some research on a better phone.

Need a newer upgrade
