At times I find it to be slow! Not a fan of how you power it down either.

Need a new design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy a16 is slow and the design is boring and the phone freeze up all the time and I guess it needs a better processor or ram like a computer lol but maybe yall will make it nicer a sleek... Now the phone i would love to have is the Samsung Galaxy S25+ ULTRA or the Note 25+ ULTRA

Consistently sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy a16 5G for work it is very consistent as far as Internet connection speed I never encounter any glitches it gets the job done and it's sturdy just with the simple protective cover I've dropped this phone so many times getting out of the car having it in my lap while working I'm over 6 ft tall and I'm also taking a break at work and set the phone on top of the tire backed over it didn't realize I even left my phone use the Samsung location the phone was still in one piece kind of beat up but not broken I work 14 hour days and have a two and a half hour commute and I do all this on One battery life of course using the battery saver feature but I also do not stream and watch movies I just use it for work doing one shift I make at least 40 calls or more sometime with extensive call times depending on the situation I never have gotten a chance to use any AI except for pictures and I was able to fool a couple people's by changing hairdos and using the banana AI part of the phone to make pictures

Best phone I've had in quite a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The a16 is way better than I was hoping. You can seamlessly move between apps without issue. The galaxy ai is very helpful answering any questions that you have. I really enjoy the ease of use when it comes to games and internet browsing. It even counts my steps with Samsung health!! It is definitely a steal for the money.
