Love my galaxies.

Great Phone, Bad Service Provider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is a fairly large part of Resources that are my go-to on the Galaxy A16 5G. At work I use my A16, along with Galaxy AI, to write up S.O.P. instruction booklets, work orders, time off requests, etc., and it never let's me down. My service provider started out as only a cable TV provider, but expanded into WiFi, streaming and mobile phones. Their mobile service and connection is 2 out of 5 stars due to the fact service only picks up in certain locations. Otherwise, I like my A16 work phone, as it is my biggest helper!!!

The battery lasts a long time, the screen is clear and big, and it runs smoothly for what I needsocial media, calls, videos, and basic apps. The camera does a decent job in good lighting, and overall it feels like a reliable everyday phone.
The only downside is the durability. It doesn’t seem to handle drops very well, so it’s best to use it with a good case and screen protector.
Overall, it’s a solid phone for the price I’d just love to see it be a bit tougher.
