[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new phone and the wonderful features! I like the fingerprint scanner which gives me a lot more security with multiple apps using the biometrics. I enjoy using the Galaxy AI function which gives me a lot of interesting and relevant information whenever I use it. The battery seems to hold a good charge and the 5G is really nice and fast. I love my new A16 and look forward to using it for many different uses with all of the features.

Close to Greatness with Galaxy AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I got my phone I've been very satisfied with it but there are just little things that keep it from being a 4 star phone to me. The 1st of those things is not being able to add a micro SD card to increase my memory which is a HUGE subtraction for me! I like to play games on my phone so for me the extra memory is a big deal.
The 2nd issue goes together with no place for a memory card. The phone's speed drastically, and very noticeably, slows down as the memory fills up. However after I uninstalled a bunch of apps I don't use the speed didn't speed back up.
GalaxyAI has added some points back but I think it's almost time for me to upgrade to a S class Galaxy!

Simple samsung device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung A16 after breaking the screen on my Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The A16 is rudimentary and not capable of what I want from a phone. I kept trying to fold the screen when I first purchased it. I also, can not expand the memory on the phone. I've tried two different SD cards, with varying write speeds that were supposed to be compatible, yet somehow weren't?! There isn't much to say about the phone. It looks good aesthetically and I got what I payed for.
