I like the fact that the speaker works very well. It's very loud. I'd like to do videos for my Instagram account for my Facebook account for my Twitter. I like the fact that I can save a lot of pictures on there. I can use Google Pay after pay. I can use various apps on this phone. Which is very convenient for me. Especially because I can take card payments. For my business very convenient very happy and pleased

Not bad for free promo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to lag on certain actions I.E. when you want to close apps using the 3 line at the bottom it won't respond you didn't actually click it correctly so when you go to Click thinking you didn't touch it correctly/missed it, that's when it responds to both commands. This is just an example of many times it's lags. It's not a great computer wins over here.But sure feels like the processor can't keep up with user interface request.Then again I am used to using the samsung's line of phones under the note labeled so maybe i'm just expecting too much permission for galaxy A16. Not a phone I would recommend if you had to actually spend money on it but if you're a carrier offered it for free you'll get by. I have not ever attempted to use the A.I. feature, considering simple everyday request seem to be too much for this phone at times. So, I can only imagine how A.I. might realy over load this phones response ability.

I take my phone with me everywhere ,to make sure I don't miss any calls or texts. I also use my phone for YouTube streaming which is important for my Spiritual Growth(Christian).

The android 15 update could be the reason. Still waiting for the android 16 update. The gemini AI seems to work alright. But overall good phone.
