[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is only like less then 6 months old and it has many issues. At times I was going to cry bcuz I thought at times it broke on me. One time I had to do factory hard reset bcuz it malfunctioned on its own. Or maybe its just me but j had way better Galaxys before this model. Kver all it gets the job done but barley. 3 stars is the most I will give.

Good but Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the phone quiet a bit but the only issue I am seeing is with the 4GB of ram it seems laggy and multitasking is virtually impossible. With that being said I am on Cricket and the 4GB of Ram is the only version they provide. If it came with 6GB of ram base I feel this would be a 5 star review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy AI phone is revolutionary. The dual Bluetooth connections and RCS messaging are benefitting in ways I could never imagine. The camera takes crystal clear pictures and video, and the battery life is unbelievable. If your looking for an affordable new phone, I recommend the Samsung Galaxy A16. It rocks!!!
