[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my galaxy phone. I use it for email, calling, texting, Facebook, and lots more. The Ai feature is great but I really don't know how to use it yet. I would love to get a new galaxy phone, as mine is several years old. But I'm too broke to get me a new and better one right now.

Decent phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is decent I mean so far I haven't had any major issues with the phone but something's I will say negative about it is : the touch screen seems to have issue from time to time on the keyboard also the jack for the charger port has some issues after long use maybe just needs to be cleaned but I did that and it still has issues so not good there either also storage seems to slow after long use too. Other then those things I do like my phone but I'll prob upgrade again and stay with Samsung Galaxy phone Bec they are reliable and good , decent phones to buy and cheap Enough depending on where u buy but it's got me almost 2 years now so no complaints other then the stuff I said. I never use my "Galaxy AI" features on the phone so I can't comment on that. Thanks for making a decent phone Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device seemed like the perfect upgrade for me.. the screen was a little bigger, the camera works great (much better than previous phones) and having 5G seemed like a great new feature. However, I did not know or realize the area I live is not 5G, so this device runs waaaaaaay slower than I ever would have expected. The screen is delayed after I tap it, or select an option and often it will freeze.
The Galaxy AI feature is pretty cool though - especially once I figured out thats how my phone was programmed to shut down or restart!!

I use the phone for social media and use the Google AI which is awesome. I love the apps I can download for all my needs
