I like the screen size and easy navigation.

Not what I had hoped for from a Galaxy device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize that this model, the A16 5G, is a lower end model of the Galaxy family, but I had higher expectations from this device. The device itself has a very sleek design, very aesthetically pleasing. It's not too bulky or heavy, and I appreciate that aspect. As far as performance, it's really lacking. Again, I'm aware it is not a higher end model. It cannot handle many tasks at once, it runs slowly in general, and I find myself force restarting it often, at least once every couple days, because it freezes up. I stream and play games daily, and I had hoped this device would give at least smooth performance, but it seems to be too much for it's processor to keep up with. I'm gonna start saving for a higher end model, because I have had a Galaxy S series device long ago and I absolutely loved it.
