[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy AI however with this galaxy a16 the charging port is flimsy has trouble charging. Also the system UI is flawed I've never had a galaxy crash on me, however this one crashed within a month.

Not what I expected. A lot slower

A great phone for my needs

Great picture quality, fast processor, and lots of cool features. I use the Galaxy AI to help with my IT work. I never thought such a simple phone could pack so much power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great phone. I get signal everywhere. It does everything I would expect. I just didn't like it when I couldn't turn it off the other day. Everything i tried it pulled up the AI. Besides that it has been great.
