It started out great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this phone when I first got it but things have turned from love to frustration. I don't know if it's the phone itself or the Xfinity site but there have been some malfunctions when I use normal everyday things. Like it says I'm making an international call when I call next door, the UI just quits working and the phone freezes. I have a protection plan that is going to be used for a replacement.

When you make a call and it shows you are making an international call, please contact your mobile carrier to ensure your SIM card is provisioned for the correct area and that your phone plan is not set up as international. If your device freezes during normal use, it’s usually caused by apps running in the background that require more processing power. Consider optimizing your device for better performance. its slow and its glitches a lot

The A16 5G is easy to use and has great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung 16. I use it for work and also to manage my CGM for diabeties. The battery life is amazing and lasts all day, even with my app running 24 hours. I also stream music and the sound quality and speed is great! The phone has features that will tell me when the phone needs to be restarted and has options to optimize the battery life.

I'm not entirely savvy so sometimes I feel like I'm being watched upon from some dark corner of the world because my algorithm is predicting my next thought. Then I realize, I'm not paranoid. Thanks for using technology to break my programming. I'm not brainwashed anymore. I promise. You do believe me, right? Don't you?!

Sometimes it's fun

My phone is affordable but I would love it better if it including live call translations like the s series Samsung devices when in an active call. I would also like it if the camera quality was better when taking pictures and videos. Right now my phone isnt anything special it's a mediocre device. I've seen better devices.
