This product is not very good for music listening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Samsung phones but this one is not working for me. I have had this phone for 3 weeks and all of a sudden the volume goes really low even when I had the speaker on. Overall it's a decent phone

There is nothing like talking on the phone, and then you realize your volume is going lower as you are on the phone. One of the reasons this is taking place is because the case on your phone may be pressing against your volume button. However, another reason is that your phone indicates that it is time for a software update. This can be done quickly by navigating to and opening Settings on your device. Swipe to and then tap Software Update or System Updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and install, or Check for software updates. It will begin downloading if an update is available, though you may need to tap Download now on some devices. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the update when the Download is complete.
