Cheap Phone wouldn't recommend

I bought this phone in national big box store.The phone was free with purchase of Service. So I though great a Samsung Phone. They're great! Except this phone was cheap and very buggy from the start. The memory is only 4gb and gets used up very fast if your doing more than one task and slows the phone down to snails pace. Then it drains the battery very fast from 100%-50% in a hour! Not to mention the phone get extremely hot! I would only recommend this phone for the most basic of smartphone user. If you need more power get the Galaxy S series phone. They are the best for a reason!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Use the Device care feature to check your battery, storage, and RAM, and automatically optimize your phone or tablet for better speed. Access this in Settings by swiping to and tapping Device care, then selecting Optimize now and Done. For more tips on maintaining performance, see the linked online article. Optimization also helps conserve battery life and keep your device at a normal temperature. During heavy use, some warming is expected, but if it becomes too hot to touch, let it cool before using it again. Find more tips for managing device temperature in the linked article. This was purchased for my daughter's first phone. It does everything it's supposed to and costs way less than a high end phone. My other 2 daughters have this same model going on a couple years with no issues other than one of them has a crack but the phone still works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i have no great features!

Missing essential equipment

There's no charging cable, theres no charging brick and no way to buy any equipment, no screen protectors nothing! This is terrible!

This is the absolute slowest phone I've ever had. I cannot believe they're actually selling this thing to the public. If you care about your sanity at all, don't buy this phone. This thing has a hard time even playing videos normally. I've wasted a lot of money on things, but this is by far my biggest thing I regret purchasing.

If you notice that your phone takes longer than usual to connect when making a call, please ensure you are connected to your mobile network. In some cases, having Wi-Fi calling enabled can cause delays in connection, depending on your service provider. If you are consistently unable to make or receive calls, first check with your service provider to confirm that you have adequate coverage in your area. You can also reset your mobile network settings in your phone to improve connection quality. To check if your Data Saver feature is turned on, go to Settings, then tap on Connections, followed by Data usage. Here, you can toggle Data Saver on or off. The Data Saver feature helps reduce your data consumption by restricting selected apps from sending or receiving data in the background. You can choose which apps to restrict or allow. Additionally, consider resetting your network settings. To do this, tap on "Reset mobile network settings," then select "Reset settings." You may be prompted to enter your security credentials.
