A truly great experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the same device for several years, it had become seriously obsolete and needed to be replaced. I shopped around for weeks before deciding on the A16 and I couldn't have made a better choice. Use of apps is much smoother and more reliable than any other phone I've ever owned. I mostly use my phone to read on my Kindle app, as well as play various games and listen to music. I don't really see any negative aspects to this device, but having the fingerprint reader on the side rather than the back took a bit of getting used to. Although I'm still learning all the uses and ins and outs of the Galaxy AI, I've found it to be quite useful. Overall all, I am quite pleased with my purchase and hope to be using it for a long time to come.

This phone isn't bad for an a-series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than calls and texts I mostly use my phone for streaming videos and movies. It is quite reliable. Even when power saving is on, I have no issues with videos, movies, audio, or music apps playing in the background.
Another thing I find myself frequently using are accessibility features. While I might not fall into the intended audience these features aim to help I still find some of them helpful. When I'm busy the select to speak feature allows me to select any or all on screen text I want to be read aloud. The other feature I use often is the blue light filter to help me start to unwind in the early evening.

This product has great sound

Solid Phone, Suits My Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous phone quit working & despite some time in the repair shop, it couldn't be saved. I re-animated an older phone to use in the interim. That led me to realize I don't need that latest/greatest. I just need a dependable, functional phone. I did quite a bit of research & the A16 was my choice. I've had it a couple months so far and am very happy with it! The price was very reasonable, so I bought it outright through my carrier. Would definitely recommend this phone if you're looking for a basic model. I've never been a high-end user, so it does what I need. The phone is responsive, doesn't bog down if multiple apps are running, camera is quite good.

I have an online clothing store and I use my my phone for everything and my Samsung has a great AI feature that has been very helpful also I use social media and utube for my marketing just a fast smooth and super easy to navigate I also use my my Samsung for entertainment I've really enjoyed the unlimited data and storage for my artwork that I use on my website overall very happy.
