So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung A16 and has been great for me. The biggest plus for me has been the durability of the phone as well as Sansung Wallet. For the durability, I've dropped my phone a few times and hasn't cracked; for the Samsung Wallet, it has been big for me since I don't have to carry my wallet with my credit cards as well as with my previous phone was not compatible with Samsung Wallet.

Needs more help than it's worth

That's very frustrating especially when you are waiting for ap call and right as it comes in everything resets. It was and ok phone till this started now it's junk to me

Based on your experience, it seems your device would benefit from a software update. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone; they keep everything running smoothly. this device makes me feel unsafe in my home

This device has a lot of flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung device worked good when I first received it and activated it then I accidentally cracked it and had to send it off for repairs when I got it back it has a lot of flaws in it that come to surface I don't know if it's from the apps or in the phone itself but it's very frustrating makes it difficult to use I can't even have to time use the AI feature because it doesn't want to recognize it
