I like the a16 the speakers and camera work well but the phone itself is kind of slow other than that I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to own the galaxy note 10 before this model. Sadly, I didn't have enough money to repair the note 10 so I got this. I figured since the note 10 was many years old by this point, and the way technology advances i figured even a modern base model would most likely be equivalent to a top of the line phone from 8 years prior. I was sorely mistaken, but this is not a bad thing, I am on my phone 10 hours a day, I game hard on it, stream movies, etc... so of course this is a downgrade for someone who uses their phone like I do. That being said, for the average housewife, or grandma, Young teen, or even the contractor or businessman father. This is more than enough computing power and plenty of versatility for the average person, and in all honesty, it does exactly what I need it to do. Especiallly with the included "Galaxy AI" compatibility, being able to use and utilize that on this model phone is actually quite impressive. 3/5 stars (for someone who uses their phones hard, like me)

Nice phone but has some issues with the system UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE THE Galaxy A16 5G 128 gb phone. Im often frustrated due to the system UI not responding. Ibtake a lot if pictures that I back up on Google so I erase what is in the internal storage to save storage. I ruled that out as the problem. I have a lot of apps as well so I thought that could be the problem however most are deep sleeping and my ram and internal storage are in the green as far as storage goes. I think I need a phone with more storage, bottom line. The phone is very nice otherwise.

This product freezes and restarts on its own

Try closing any power-hungry apps or features to help conserve battery. If your battery is running low, certain apps or features that use a lot of power might cause your device to turn off unexpectedly, that's just a safety feature to protect the battery. You can also disable Auto restart by going to Auto optimization, then Auto restart, and switching off the option next to "Restart when needed."
