Not what I expexted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've loved samsung phones all thr way back to my 1st samsung s5. But this one is I know it's an a16 but it's slow and lags and heats up really hot while just sitting there. It can only run 1 app or website at a time. I'm not happy with it at all. I dunno if it's a lemon or they're all like this. I'm ready for a different phone.

Screen Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my a16 cell phone the complete screen came off where you can see all the inside wiring I am very careful with my phone's and for this to happen is unfortunate and I'm unhappy because I paid so much for this phone

This device is good and bad at the same time 50/50

And 2ndly, I experienced a lot of hanging, and glitch and even it takes time before it opens an app setting and it also slows down, if I leave it on till the next day, I mean like the sleep mode and it just have a lot of bad side I cannot explain. The device is good and Okay, and update the device some of the time over load my phone's memory for real. So am done but It have good features and I use it to play just one video game and that's all

Most of the features are good.

The only two features I dont like on my phone are the camera and space. I think it would sell a lot better if you offered more space on this device and make the camera quality a while lot better. Overall and other than those I have mentioned, this is a pretty good phone and does what I need it to do.
