Not a good phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the Galaxy AI it was an interesting experience. As far as the Samsung Galaxy A165G this phone is horrible. It crashes about every 10-15minutes. It over heats. The phone calls or messages or notifications don't come in at all after you've been on the phone for about 30 minutes. The phone was defective brand new out the box.

Worst phone I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a poor person, so when I was finally able to afford new phones for my wife and I, I was really excited. I bought this hoping it would be an upgrade from my previous A13, but from the start it had problems. This phone has never been able to fully back up my files and apps and everything, it always has an error after trying to back everything up. For some reason it can't run apps in the background, I have done all the troubleshooting possible, it just doesn't work, when I leave an app in the background, when I come back to it it completely restarts. This has happened with both of our phones, and nothing we do can fix it. I've had problems making phone calls, sending texts, video calls, Zoom calls, basically every aspect of it's communication capabilities has problems.
It really broke my heart, we just wanted good reasonably functional phones for our really precious dollars.
I do not recommend this A15 model, the A13 was literally flawless.

Had better

The ai is awesome. The phone itself not so much.

Is your device acting glitchy or slow? Free up your device's memory to boost its performance. Go to Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Memory, then tap Clean now to clear memory by stopping background apps. If you'd like to keep certain apps running in the background, you can tap Excluded apps and add your preferred apps to prevent them from closing when you use this feature. A more thorough way to clean the phone's memory is to reboot it occasionally. You can restart the phone anytime by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers to open the Quick settings panel, then tapping the Power icon. Tap Restart, then tap Restart again. This device is better than I ever had
