It's good for the value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Galaxy A16. It's ok but not great. Luckily I got it as a promotion so it was free for me. It has a lot of memory but the RAM is low so it bogs down a lot. The screen also randomly decides not to work for about 3 seconds. The battery lasts a good amount of time considering I play a lot of games on it.

Best phone I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is the best phone yet. My last phones both were android phones. One was the Moto G Pure and the other a Moto G Play. They were good phones but nothing compared to this Galaxy A16. I use it for everything from playing games to watching videos and movies. I use it for texting and phone calls. I stream music while working with no issues with losing wifi connection unlike my old phones. This thing has the best wifi connection in mu opinion. The amount of storage this phone has 128gb alone beats the 64gb of the other phones. Even with using a added SD card of 64gb they couldn't keep working with out having to remove apps or other items. This A16 I haven't even begin to slow it down and with the ability to add 128gb SD card (which i did) i am nowhere near max capacity on the phone or card. I have over 600+ hours of music somewhere around 2k songs and I don't know how many videos and movies on this device and still running strong. I love this thing. Still haven't tried to AI feature yet but will be soon.

Not a Good phone at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone model is horrible. It freezes up and i constantly have to restart the phone. Then it kept trying to have me download slot apps and I couldnt use my phone because of that. Took it phone carrier and z young boy fixed that problem. It's really slow. The camera is good, but other than that its been nothing but a nightmare for me. My Samsung A14g was a way better phone than this supposedly upgrade. Do not purchase this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone to keep as a backup and ended up having to use it recently. The processor is incredibly slow and the phone could not handle having more than 2 apps open at once. Galaxy AI worked well on it but would sometimes give results unrelated to the command asked of it. It has such intense lag when switching between apps. This was especially evident when connected to Android Auto and a call would come in. It also overheats very quickly. Fine to use temporarily, for example while awaiting shipment of a new or replacement phone, but I would not recommend it for long term use.

Great phone for the price.
