Samsung Brand Loyal Consumer since the Flip Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a faithful and nearly exclusive Samsung phone Consumer since the early widely used cell phone service days with the Samsung Flip Phone. Over the years there have been some products that made me use other brands do to poor or slow functioning of equipment. Even upon updates no improvement. I have owned many Samsung phones including an S24. But this A16 is one of the smoothest, no overheating, faster, and stable models in quite some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Samsung Galaxy A1 series phone. At the time I had a different brand after an insurance claim said the Samsung model phone wasn't in stock. Big mistake nothing works quite as well as a Samsung.
Now I have a floating shutter on the camera and love the palm option for selfies.
The AR design studio is so much fun I've worked from pictures and made Avatars for all the grandkids, neighbors and my physical therapists. I've had fun with making videos of the Avatars and designing outfits. I even did Avatars of myself from 30 years ago and now and made videos of them dancing together. Crazy fun.
I also use my Samsung phone for all of the serious stuff and read books and play games and keep up with social media.
All I can say is I'll never buy or use anything but a Samsung product.

This Galaxy A16 is more annoying than helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI can be annoying. Wallet and Gabriel pop up and get in the way frequently. I liked my new phone just fine until the serious dysfunction with the UI kept occurring. It wouldn't even let me reboot the phone after a bit! Errors kept coming up til I couldn't do anything ....And the phone was still brand new!
I don't mind learning new tech but when it gets in the way or stops you from doing what you want it ends up being a miserable frustrating experience. Mainly I really very much wish this phone had the same UI my Galaxy 15 did. There was never a problem with that one. This UI makes me wish I'd never gotten this phone.
