The Galaxy A16 is a very high performance android

The features are excellent and the Galaxy AI is a very useful tool.
I would recommend this phone to my friends and family and the price is right with excellent performance.

With a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and vibrant, bright colors, everything from scrolling through social media to streaming video looks phenomenal. It's easily one of the best screens you'll find in this category—a genuine pleasure to look at, even outdoors.
All-Day Battery Power: The massive 5,000 mAh battery is a workhorse. I am a heavy user, and the A16 5G consistently gets me through a full day with power to spare. The 25W Super Fast Charging is a lifesaver, quickly topping up the phone when I need it.
Future-Proof & Reliable: While some budget phones feel disposable, the A16 5G is built for the long haul. Samsung's commitment to six years of major OS and security updates is simply unmatched and gives incredible peace of mind. Very fast while not draining the battery very much

Slow and glitches alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this phone from 4 different companies and each time I got it the phone did the same things , its slow and glitches alot, kicks me out of apps I'm on even messages and when I'm try to answer called it won't let me and makes them hang up. I love samsung had many phones with them but this is the only phone I've had that does this. Yes my old phones were slow occasionally but never like this. A16& A15 are not the best phones I've tried everything to make this phone work. I want to upgrade but my phone provider won't let me till its paid off. And I don't have a warranty so not much I can do about it

Great features suitable for work and multitasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for multitasking and it is my primary phone one ui had provided a very smooth experience with it's new features, good with Samsung ecosystem and Samsung pay is easier to pay with more than any wallet, I also use it for my homework for school, I can multitask and open 2 documents at the same time, I'm lucky to have this phone, I actually have never ever regretted buying any devices from Samsung, They keep up for a long period and more durable than other brands, I would recommend this phone and I rate it 9/10!

Not a good phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the Galaxy AI it was an interesting experience. As far as the Samsung Galaxy A165G this phone is horrible. It crashes about every 10-15minutes. It over heats. The phone calls or messages or notifications don't come in at all after you've been on the phone for about 30 minutes. The phone was defective brand new out the box.
