Great features that the a16 can not handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it basically for work and personal use I'm a chef by train so it helps me keep my recipes and pictures of food items that I do have and I'm a single father so it helps me organize pictures of my beautiful princess but I do have the tablet and the phone and both products are wonderful I have no complaints I enjoy Samsung Galaxy products so with that said thank you God bless and one love from the both of us

This phone has some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So there are some glitches that happen periodically which can cause frustrations. Certain apps frequently kick me out or sign me out completely. Phone tends to move slowly and let's know almost weekly that I need to restart my phone. It overheats pretty easily in this Texas heat. When using the camera, upon zooming in during video mode, the image become so blurry, you can't make out faces. Software updates don't seem to improve my experience with these issues. 0
