Galaxy A16 5G AI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I purchased this phone it was an upgrade to my phone. I love this phone. There are so many features. Although I am not familiar with AI, I am using it quite a bit. The response time is instant. There is more storage than my old phone, and the response time on the phone itself is much quicker. The transfer of everything from my old phone to the A16 went very smooth and fast. Nothing was missed. The phone reception is excellent. The phone is very crisp and sharp to view, the colors are vibrant. I haven't explored the whole phone yet, but so far I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this phone. It is very powerful and loaded with features and reasonably priced. I don't think anyone will be disappointed.

I researched like mad to find a phone I could depend on for a variety of uses. The sound quality & space for all my pics is excellent! All in all I'm quite happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was coming from a s25 ultra so ill try to be fair. As this is a just my quick replacement. The phone is okay but it can't handle the same amount of multitasking that I was used to. But other than the occasional system crashes its still smooth and the camera is fantastic with nice night mode. The galaxy Ai is helpful. For the pride you can't beat the 4Gb of ram and camera combo.

Issues with heating and insane lag and crash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GalaxyAI My phone has not really been good to me cause it has moment where my phone heats up to the point where I barely can touch it and when I try to go into an app is lag soooooo bad to the point it potentially crash the whole phone
