The speed of the A16 5G is unlike any phone I have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my A16 5G for almost everything that has to do with AI. I use the Hotspot to watch my smart TV, i also use the phone for when friends come over and need wi-fi for there phones. I especially use it to set alarms to remind myself of what needs to get done that day. Without it i would be lost and I wouldn't make it to any appointments or meetings. It's a fast reliable cell phone. I don't know what I would do without it.

Only lasted a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would have been my third or fourth Galaxy phone in a row. But after deciding it was time to upgrade my S10e way past its expiration date, I went with the A16, and like it says in the title, it only lasted a week before I decided to turn it back in. It was as slow, if not possibly slower, than the S10. Additionally, the bottom left window select button (three vertical lines) would glitch the first time I hit it. I had to hit it a second time for it to work. If I only had one of these issues, I probably could have overlooked it. But with both of them, in addition to how much the phone was trying to push me to use the Galaxy AI, even when I kept choosing to dismiss or decline, it just wasn't worth it. I'm glad I spent a bit more money and went back to an S series.
