[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my phone for calls like most ppl. I do use it for scrolling thru social media and taking photos. I do a bit of gaming as well. My daughter n law doe6care for the photo quality but, I think that may have something to do with my inability to take quality photos at my age without shaking. I would like there to be a better way of deleting emails and cleaning up old photos or duplicate photos without having to buy into an app.
I also use the GalaxyAI to help me adjust emails and other documents and photos.

The right size, the right style, with everything you need in a fantastic phone. User friendly and good on the eyes...and this is my 2nd Galaxy A16 (switched services). Both very well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy A16 soon after it came out and it is a vast improvement over the A15 model. The upgraded screen glass is more sensitive and responsive to my needs along with a faster CPU. Combined with an improved refresh rate and brighter screen..
Samsung did well of improving low points of the A15 (which was a vast downgrade from my Galaxy S21+ in overall performance but 4x the price).

When 100% charged, and with mild use, battery barley lasts 30 hours.

I see why they're sold discounted/ "free" on boost

I was looking forward to a new galaxy phone and was sorely disappointed. Immediately had issues with lag, slow responses, updates changing my settings, and underwhelming front camera quality. It's lagging as I type now. I regret trading in for this phone. My mother is disappointed with hers too and having the same issues. Also called support about the audio cutting out and was told it's my provider's connection issue. Boost's connection is working for the other 3 users in our home. It's just a problem my mother and i are having with these phones. Also freezes up when 2-3 apps are open at the same time.
