[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to update my phone, I had it for three years. Slowest & glichiest phone i have ever had. Charges slow, battery dies fast. Drops the wifi ALL the time. Just don't do it, keep your old phone.

Hi Emigem,
Thanks a bunch for leaving a review on your Galaxy A16 5G! Judging by your experience, it sounds like your phone might need a little spa day, aka, a software update. Sure, a new phone would be spectacular, but until then, let's see if we can get this one performing like a rock star.
First, check for updates. Swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner, tap the Settings icon, then look for Software update or System updates — it varies more than your cousin’s taste in music. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates (whatever your carrier calls it).
If there’s an update, it’ll probably start downloading faster than your favorite meme. You might need to tap 'Download now' if it doesn’t start automatically. Once it’s downloaded, follow the on-screen instructions, like a GPS for your phone’s new fitness routine.
And voila! Your device is now updated and ready to conquer the day.
To keep your phone happy in the meantime, go to Settings, tap Device care, then Optimize now. It’s like giving your phone a quick health check; fast, easy, and surprisingly satisfying.

This phone has everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has it all from simple user controls to more advanced up to date features like "Galaxy AI".
Streaming on this phone is easy on the eyes with it feeling comfortable in your hands or resting on a table.
Graphics for gaming are bright and vivid with no lag time even when enjoying high end fast paced first person games.
Even for reading or just listening to music the speakers are quality and the Bluetooth connection is user friendly.
This is my third Samsung phone only for the reason of their technology keeps improving and making my experience with Samsung more enjoyable.
