[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone has been fairly great it has a few hiccups that I need to understand but I'll get there. The AI part of it is the best and I love it. It helped a whole lot when I was trying to figure out the phone. I'm 61 years old and technology has me lost at times but the AI on the phone really helped me figure out stuff. I usually use it for communicating with my friends and family but u also have a few games on here that u like to play. I just wish it was easier for me to figure things out and then I would've given you 5 stars but I really would give you 4.5 stars right now. Thank you for making things better for me to figure out.

Phone has very little storage space and freezes

To do this, swipe down with two fingers from the top right corner of the screen, tap the Settings icon, then navigate to and select Software update or System updates — the label may vary by model. Tap Download and install, check for system updates, or check for software updates based on your carrier. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, though you might need to tap 'Download now' on some devices. After the download completes, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. Additionally, optimizing your device before heavy use can improve performance. The Quick optimization feature helps boost performance by finding power-hungry apps, clearing out unnecessary files and memory, scanning for malware, and shutting background apps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one I've been disappointed with my A16 5g phone. It lags so bad and the refresh rate on this phone is atrocious. Embarrassing really. The screen freezes up several times a day. I hate this phone!!!

If your device feels slow or isn’t responding as quickly as you’d like, checking for software updates can really boost its performance.
