[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The A16 Galaxy is a good little workhorse phone. It is the cheaper one in the series and it doesn't have the fastest speed or all the bells and whistles. But it's sturdy and reliable. This is my 2nd one.

My dog has knocked it directly on its screen off the bed. It didn't break.
I've dropped it stepping off the bus on its screen.it didn't break.
And galaxy ai is very easy to use the mic for talk to text, and it's super user friendly!

Simple & fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using phones that utilize the android operating system for 15 years now. What I've noticed within that time is that Samsungs' Galaxy series phones have been the simplest and fastest to use
The device I'm currently using I've had for at least 6 months now, and during that time I've had no significant issues with the phone. This also been the first "5G" compatible phone I've owned, and when it uses the 5G feature it is quite quicke than is predecessor.
Unfortunately, I don't just have all good things to say. Now, with the Galaxy series
I've had limited issues. The most significant and common issue Inoticed is after about 2 months or so the system will begin to lag. Also, the phones usually stop working altogether after about a year.
Ultimately, my experience with Samsung and their products have been great! So, thank you for providing me with great products over the years, and you will continue to have me as a loyal customer.

Galaxy A12

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Galaxy A12 for a while now, and it's been a solid and reliable phone. It's definitely durable—I've dropped it a few times and it still works just fine. Battery life is pretty good too, and it’s lasted me longer than I expected.
That said, the storage is limited and I've run into space issues often, even with just the basics installed. Performance has slowed down a bit over time, and it's clear that this phone is showing its age.
If I win the sweepstakes, I'd definitely use the card toward upgrading to a newer Galaxy device—something with more storage and better speed. But overall, the A12 has served me well.
