[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A16 for my daughter and she loves it over Her previous phone which was the Galaxy A32. The model number is lower in number but the performance is definitely better with the additional AI features. I also purchase the A16 for my mother which is reading impaired but the Google Assistance and AI helps her alot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy A16 5G has been a complete nightmare since the very moment I purchased it. From day one it has been the slowest device I have ever encountered. It wont load anything as simple as my contacts. I have regrets everyday on this purchase.
