Honestly, probably the worst!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably the worst cell phone I've ever purchased. I've already had it replaced twice due to overheating, camera doesn't function, the processor is slow, my phone is always crashing. Everytime i attempt to make a call, it tells me to contact the developer. If I needed this phone in order to save my life, I'd be dead. SERIOUSLY. I feel as though I don't understand much about the galaxy Ai programming simply because the phone itself doesn't operate properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very unsatisfied with the Galaxy A16 so far. The phone feels sluggish and unresponsive, even with basic apps. Simple functions like turning on the flashlight are unnecessarily complicated — the gestures don’t work consistently, and I often have to fumble through menus just to get it to respond.
Performance-wise, it runs noticeably slow, freezing or lagging during everyday use. For a newer model, I expected smoother operation and better optimization. The much-touted Galaxy AI features are present, but they feel more like an afterthought than a real selling point — they don’t make up for the phone’s overall lack of efficiency or user-friendliness.
Overall, the Galaxy A16 is a letdown. It may look nice on paper, but in actual use, it’s frustrating and underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who values speed, ease of use, or reliable performance.

Not a good choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This upgrade is worse than the older version camera is horrible/blurry and freezes and videos are in slow motion and laggy. Phone calls are static and if in 5G nothing works not pleased at all with this phone and now having charging issues and haven't ecen had it long at all been this one since i got it. Hate this phone as the older version was better and about to just switch back over and throw this one away until I pay it off

Slow and worst Samsung

From day 1 of purchasing, it has had the slowest processing of any smart phone ive ever owned. The touch features/ settings are trash. The connection is poor and just does not work over 60% of the time. I cannot receive or make any calls unless i have wifi, will drop calls with 5G signal. The sound on this phone is laughable, have to use speaker phone otherwise i sound like im underwater and i cant hear anything on the other side of call. I have spent hours going through settings trying to troubleshoot issues but nothing ever improves. I would not recommend this device and strongly advise anyone to not buy this model.
