My galaxy s10e worked so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for a better camera and to upgrade from my Galaxy S10e. Sadly while yes picture quality is better in a few cases. I'm unable to take close up selfies without then being fuzzy/out of focus, unlike I did on my previous phone which took stunning close up selfie photos.
The phone itself is very slow, I have half the number of apps on it , compared to my old phone, and it struggles. Apps will close in the middle of me using them.
Since the latest update the phone refuses to connect/stay connected to my router unless I'm 1 -2 feet from it.
I knew it was a semi inexpensive model but I never thought a new phone would work worse than my old Galaxy S10e.
Not fond of the Galaxy AI either Very disappointed in this phone.

Why would you want anything else?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The last phone I used was a Motorola. I didn't know what I was missing until I switched to Samsung. My galaxy a16 is the best phone that I have ever used. It works brilliantly with my mobile service and it even has a counterpart, a Galaxy a16 tablet that I also use that is as equally as impressive. Both of these Samsung Galaxy devices have become my new best friends

Suits my Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has Galaxy AI in an icon labeled Genesis. I read a bit about it and it performs deep research. My research days are probably limited since I will be 76 in a week. There seems to be 3 lenses on the Galaxy, the cameras give crisp photos and clear videos. I like the "memories" that show up nearly daily. The device care button is nice and I use it every 3-4 weeks. I looked at the Goal in Samsung apps and saw empowering females as a goal. Boys have been forgotten over the last generation+, as shown by more females attending college than males, so don't forget about males, except in time of war. I also looked at the healthy app, haven't used it as I have a smart watch.

It tends to lag and freeze up at times
