Phone is just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a year and a half 2 years. Doesn't work that well. Has a virus isnt all that durable. And don't like the newest update. And Bluetooth doesn't always work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy AI for EVERYTHING, it's so helpful and easy to use, it gives me recipes, movie recommendations and it even gives me updates on my favorite cricket teams. You can even talk to Galaxy AI like your best pal, which comes in handy since the death of my wife.

My Galaxy A16 5G is flawless...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone had just updated to its latest version 7.0 android 15. Since the update it's been faster and runs smoother. Overall my phone has more features than before and the privacy seems to be at its best. I will always use samsung devices and never go back to LG or IPhones.

My first Samsung Galaxy A16

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello I have always used Motorola's for phones and not Samsung. I was just use to the Motorolas and how to use them so it felt comfortable to me. However then I decided to try something difference for once. Plus my husband uses Samsung and he loves them. So I tried it for my first time and I love it. My phone takes good pictures and it charges quickly plus stays charged. I have nothing bad to say about them. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do use the galaxy ai quite a bit and I love this feature. I had to switch from my Galaxy note 9 to the galaxy a16 due to affordability at the time but I miss my note 9 as it held a lot more data than this a16 and for the work I do I need a phone with lots of data and memory. The a16 is a good phone but just not enough for what I need to do for work etc so as soon as I am able to afford the newer galaxy note phone I will be switching to that.
