[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product because it has very pick up and use capabilities just like all of the other androids that come from Samsung but one issue is I have to deal with a little lag until it fully updated I got it and it was behind on updates no worries tho I can update and I expect the best.

Thank God for the extra storage on this phone, otherwise I'd run out of room for all the pictures of my grandbaby. The pictures and videos are so clear on the phone, its like Im right there! Im going to be able to keep these memories forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone (Galaxy A16) has sort of disappointed me. Especially since it updated to the latest patch. I'm constantly getting screen freezes since the update. Also the battery doesn't last as long. I'm hoping another update can fix the problems.

Clearing the app cache is like a cleanse for your apps; it removes residual files that might slow down the app. To do this, open Settings, then swipe to and tap Apps.
