Super easy to use with tons if cool features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy A16 5G not just for phone calls and texting but also for some gaming, streaming music, and watching videos. This device is super easy to use. It's very friendly to use and the Galaxy AI experience is well... awesome. I'm not very tech savvy but the Galaxy AI helps me out alot with navigating and understanding my features and uses. I am extra happy with my phone.

Galaxy A16 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased a Galaxy A16 5G and I'm highly disappointed in the product. It very slow to processing speeds and can barely keep up with the most basic of operations. Including making and receiving calls or text. It has Galaxy AI but I have not been able to take advantage of it because of the slow processing speed.

Product is okay for its price...

The phone is overall good.
