[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung device has been disappointing. It freezes constantly, battery drains fast, and apps crash often. The camera quality isn’t great, and updates seem to make things worse. I expected reliability but got frustration instead. Definitely not worth the hype — I’d give it negative five stars if I could.

Terrible battery life, does NOT even last a day. Must recharge often. Slow to reload content. Phone cannot block spam calls, even with the unknown caller not listed feature is turned on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just wanted a basic functional phone unlocked so I can change carriers. This phone is a HUGE improvement from my Motorola moto g power! Motorola builds a sturdy phone but offers NO support. This Samsung fills the bill for my needs and has future support and updates from Android. It does goofy stuff sometimes but I'm still in the learning curve. Totally satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great As A Basic Phone

I've had this device for close to a year now as a second phone and it has been great for what its worth. The screen is bright and clear. The screen response to haptic input is a little sluggish and delayed but it's tolerable. I love the fact that there's an expandable storage available on this device as it came with just 128gb of storage. The camera is decent minus the bells and whistles that my S25 Ultra has. Battery life is good and usually last about 3 days of minimal use. I would recommend this phone for someone who's not looking for a high tech device but rather a usable phone for daily use.

Love it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love how well it is put together and the design of the phone is, I just wish it had at least 6gb ram so it doesn't lag. I do understand 8gb ram is costly but 6gb would do enough good or if you could at least release an software to help phone use less ram by adding something so it doesn't make it lag or slow
