Good at first but now slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone as my personal phone, I got this phone a few months ago and itbwas great at first, good charging time, better than my old a14 5g but it got a software update and slowed down really bad. The keyboard sometimes glitches, it flashes up and down. The phone is just really slow sometimes.

To do that, try swiping down from the top right corner of your screen with two fingers, then tap the Settings icon. Next, look for and tap on Software update or System updates; names can vary depending on your model. You might see options like Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates. If an update is available, it should start downloading automatically, but in some cases, you might need to tap 'Download now.' Once the download is complete, just follow the instructions on your screen to install the update. You can also check out the link below for more info about software updates. And if, after updating, you're still experiencing the same issue, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Samsung Support Team for extra help. Amazing feel

This product has outstanding photo clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im loving the cameras o the A16 5g .it takes phenomenal pics with vibrant colors and detailed imagery. The menus and ho.e s reens are a bit to get used to . But o er all its a fi e pho e for a novice samsu g user such as myself . Though with the helpful use of the samsung ai i e managed to navigate the system with relative ease thank as samsung for a truly remarkable device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is a good phone. I normally use it for normal everyday things, school, and to keep in contact with my family and friends. It has a decent battery, as long as you charge it good. The Galaxy AI is a fantastically fun thing it come in handy alot i love it! I would support telling my friends to get the same exact phone for a low cost price although the picture quality is Meh. I have had the phone for over 2 weeks now and i expect to keep it for awhile still and the next gen when it come out whenever it does.
